Hi Stoyan,
Thank you for your review, we apologise that the goods have arrived damaged.

Your order for 4 different CMY & K cartridges were delivered on January 28th 2026 I believe. You are now reporting on March 12th 2026, some nearly 2 months later that you have some issue with one of the 4 items.

This is outside of the “14 day window “ that we give customers after shipping that is clearly stated on the delivery note to make sure we protect all customers from any events that could occur when goods have been handed over to shipping companies.

Sadly, there is now no come back on shippers, please can we ask you to e-mail any pictures of original packaging and of each of the cartridges for us to look at to sales@yesltd.co.uk.

Please include pictures of the damaged cartridge and packaging and we will see how we can try to assist.

Once again we are sorry you have received damaged goods which were not shipped this way and we will try to assist where possible given the circumstances of you not reporting this sooner.
