The GZ UV H1612 is a high-end small-format UV flatbed built to boost productivity on a larger 1600 × 1200mm platen. Designed for rigid substrates and premium promotional products, it supports thicker items up to 150mm and flexible ink configurations that include White and Varnish.

A Bigger Platen for Faster, Sellable UV Work

With 2–4 Ricoh G5i printheads and variable dot technology, the H1612 is built for crisp detail across signage, panels, gifts, and décor. Four water‑cooling LED UV lamps support consistent curing, while a 4‑zone vacuum platen helps keep boards stable for clean registration.

A 2L bulk ink supply with White ink recirculation and a negative ink pressure system supports steadier production over longer runs. Optional upgrades such as a camera positioning system (CPS) or cylinder printing kit can be added to tailor the setup to specific applications.
